You can find Scott Taekwon-do every Monday and Wednesday night at the community centre, operating out of the main hall. Learn physical fitness, health, self-defence, self-confidence, sport, friendship and moral culture through the dynamic art of Taekwon-do.

Man Wave Movement
Man Wave Movement is a place where men come together to evolve into stronger, healthier and more fulfilled men. The group meets weekly from 8:00-9:30pm in the board room at the community centre.
Increase your vitality, flexibility and strength at a class that welcomes all skill levels. Join the class on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00pm in the main hall, or enquire about the Gentle Yoga Class on Mondays from 2:30-3:30pm.

Seedlings Spanish Preschool
Give your child room to explore and grow in a safe and supportive environment. This Reggio inspired program is for children ages 2.5-6 years old and meets daily in the lower hall from 8:00am-4
Join Yoga Shala for a dynamic yoga class.
Sessions are available Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm and 7:30-8:30pm, and Wednesdays at 7:00pm.

Wake up your body with a self-guided Mysore Yoga Session.
Classes run Monday-Friday, one week per month, from 6:00am - 8:00am.
