The Lower Hall was newly renovated in 2015 and includes it’s own kitchen, tables and chairs, bathrooms, as well as a walk out sheltered lower patio..

All single event rentals automatically have a cleaning fee added of $15 per hour of cleaning required, minimum 2 hours.
We require a damage deposit, with the amount dependent on the nature and size of the event.
All fees will have 5% GST added.
We accept payment by cheque or Interac e-transfer. We do not accept cash.
